Yorkdale Mall今午近東面的商場內發生槍擊案，警方緊急疏散商場內所有的遊客，商場今日隨後時間將會關門協助調查。

事發在約下午3:00，在全加拿大其中一個最繁忙的商場Yorkdale Mall發生，當時商場有數千人在back-to-school購物。幸而暫時無人受傷。
據警方公佈，目前正鎖定數名疑犯，包括一名約20多歲，身穿黑色外套，或連帽衣及牛仔褲的黑人男子；另一疑犯則為棕色皮膚，身型瘦削，約5呎9吋高的男子，他手持著黑色手槍。不過警方表示無能確認兩名疑犯經公共交通工具或駕車逃走。
