【蟻行之地鐵】TTC設熱線 幫您寫信向老闆解釋遲到原因
大家有乘搭TTC上班的習慣嗎?相信您無論怎樣預留時間都不敵它們隨時發生的延誤事故,只能希望老闆有個緩衝時間體諒員工,他/她們為了上班已經做了整個小時(或以上)的沙甸魚……。
就說今週一(21日),部份超過40年歷史設施及機件不敵極嚴寒的天氣發生故障,更「選擇」在上班時間停擺,結果大批上班族滯留TTC車站,而且巴士、街車及接駁巴士也不枉多讓,換來滿城#TTCSucks的Hashtag。

習以為常也不代表可以換來同情,離地老闆也許沒有看新聞,就算知情可能也只會怒吼一句:「您何不早一點出門?」須知有一句說話叫做防不勝防嘛!有見及此,TTC來一個窩心的舉動 (其實很好笑),它們提供一條電話熱線,當您有需要的時候,它們可以為您提供一封解釋及道歉的信件,證明閣下的遲到是因它們的延誤造成,情非得已、非戰之罪、已盡全力,非常抱歉……。

求助熱線 (416) 393-3030 每日均有人接聽,早上7時至晚上10時,每星期七天都有接聽,希望不是代表每週七天皆有崩壞的機會。大概早前申請每程加一毫就是為了這個服務乎?
